Our Story.
Founded and started in 1974, Home Check System was the first home inspection company in collier county and Naples Florida. Since then we have performed more than 35,000 home inspections thru out this region.

Markus Droescher
Owner and CEO of Home Check Systems
Born and raised in Austria, I moved to Naples Florida in 2016. Having a profound background in construction and have remodeled a 1945 build home, build outdoor kitchen and operated construction machinery gives me a detailed understanding of the building process. By becoming a Master Inspector I obtained the highest certification in the inspection industry. Additionally I am a state licensed mold assessor and state licensed radon technician. If not at an Home Inspection you will find me spending time with my family, competing in ironman triathlon and ultra marathons and always looking for new books and podcast about a healthy lifestyle and food.

Fun fact! I went to college for fashion design, and obtained my Bachelor's degree in fine arts. I went on to work in the fashion industry for 6 years gaining experience in product development, e-commerce, and business administration, before moving to Naples, FL. Since 2019, I've been the voice behind every home inspection inquiry. My prior experience as an Account Executive has contributed to how I manage the HCS office, as well as build relationships with agents and homebuyers. Above all else, I'm a Christian and a devoted student of the Word of God. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our teenage son. We are avid cruisers and love to spend our weekends surfing on the FlowRider.

As a Naples native, Joe has great knowledge about this region. Joe is a Florida state licensed home inspector and was trained in house. After finishing the training, he obtained the certificate to perform all Insurance related inspections. Beyond inspecting homes, I'm passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. Heidi joins our team as our Growth Coordinator. Her passion for serving others coupled with her concierge style service make Heidi an asset to any agent who works with her from beginning to end of every interaction. After representing buyers and sellers as a real estate broker in Ft. Wayne, Indiana for over 15 years, Heidi is excited to bring her real estate experience and partner with Home Check Systems to showcase Markus and the team’s professional, ethical, top quality inspections and unique services. When not networking, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an avid tennis and pickleball player and golfer!
